ENROLLMENT INFORMATION FOR 2010/2011
Proof that your child is up-to-date on their immunizations is required. This must be furnished by the first day of school.
Tuition and fees for 2010/2011 will be as follows:

$125 per child (non-refundable) |

$155 per month for 9 months |
| Sibling Tuition: |
$145 per month for each additional child ($10 discount) |
| Materials fee: |
Included in the application fee of $125. |
The school will operate Monday thru Thursday for 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Your child may NOT attend all 4 days. You must chose either the Mon/Wed program OR the Tues/Thurs program. The following is a list of classes and class entrance requirements:

Parents must furnish diapers & 1 box of wipes

Child must be two on or before September 1, 2010
Class size: 10
# of Teachers: 2
Parents must furnish diapers or pull-ups, 1 box of wipes, and nap mat

| Three Year Old Class |
Child must be three on or before September 1, 2010
Child must be completely potty trained
Class size: 10-12
# of Teachers: 2
Parents must furnish nap mat

| Threes & Fours Class |
Child must be three on or before September 1, 2010
Child must be completely potty trained
Class size: 12
# of Teachers: 2
*This class will consist of older 3’s and 4’s who will not be attending kindergarten the following year.

Child must be four on or before September 1, 2010
(2 classes on Tues/Thurs) Child must be potty trained
(2 classes on Mon/Wed) Class size: 12-14
